For the leaders of the Church,
that they may be given wisdom
and a sense of justice to speak the words of life
to a world overshadowed by a culture of death;
We pray to the Lord.
For the bishops and priests of our Church,
that by their commitment to the innocent child,
the Gospel of Life might be preached
in each of our churches;
We pray to the Lord.
For bishops
who seek to guide Catholic politicians in the ways of truth,
that by their example and their words
they might witness the Gospel of Life;
We pray to the Lord.
