After helping with a retreat in college, a vocations director asked me if I had ever considered the priesthood. While I had been active in my parish as a boy scout and altar server, I didn't recall anyone asking me that question in such a personal way. After college I was active in the community and worked as the parish youth minister. There I felt called to explore more deeply my call from God and eventually entered seminary.
