Duncan Gillies
 Duncan Gillies joins the Brake the Cycle team from the Diocese of Phoenix. He and his wife Cathleen have lived in Phoenix for about two and on-half years. He has family in Texas, Chicago and Florida. Duncan and Cathleen have been married for eight years and have two dogs named Tosh and Buddy.
Why is Duncan riding?
I am participating in Brake the Cycle for the experience - meeting all the people and learning what they have to share. I'll bring those experiences home to my parish and continue to "brake the cycle" of poverty in Phoenix at a grass roots level. I also look forward to the opportunity to ride across country, but the journey now has a much bigger purpose than just riding across country.
