CCHD Grant Evaluation for Diocesan Directors
CCHD is now accepting Eligibility Quizzes and full applications via the Internet. We are also using an online evaluation process for diocesan directors and national staff.
If you have been assigned a CCHD grant proposal to evaluate, click on the appropriate link below to access the evaluation. You will need your Login name (e-mail address) and password to do so. You may find the following reference and training materials useful as you continue to familiarize yourself with the new process.
*Important Note* - Word versions of the evaluation forms are for use with local committees who assist with the evaluation of grant applications. The final, completed evaluation form must be submitted online.
