Together, We Can End Poverty

Since 2000, the Catholic Campaign for Human Development (CCHD) has conducted an ongoing, nationwide public awareness campaign created to help all Americans understand the magnitude of poverty in our nation – and to foster a desire to join in solidarity to help those in poverty rise above, not just for a day, but a lifetime.

Now, as we begin planning for the future, CCHD is seeking partners and sponsors to join in the Poverty USA awareness efforts. Your association with this award-winning campaign will reap many benefits to your organization, such as:

• Enhanced name recognition and visibility to a national audience
• Opportunities for your organization and membership to be affiliated with a vibrant and successful national public service campaign
• Access to a limited quantity of free Poverty USA promotional and resource materials for distribution and reduced prices on additional requests

• Promote Poverty in America Awareness Month with your constituency
• Distribute Poverty USA materials and resources
• Invite Speakers to talk with your constituency about poverty in America
• Display a “ Poverty in America” banner on your organization’s website
• Use Poverty USA public service announcements
• Use Poverty Action lesson plans with elementary school students or ask your local elementary school to organize a Poverty Action Day
• Place Articles on poverty in your organization’s newsletter or magazine
