Petition Suggestions for Prayer of the Faithful
Leader: In thanksgiving for the presence and gifts a of women in families, religious communities, our Church, and society, we pray
Response: Lord, hear our prayer.

- For women religious
- For women who are single
- For women who are widows
- For women who are mothers, grandmothers, godmothers, or foster mothers
- For young adult women
- For older women
- For women who are praying to conceive a child
- For women who have experienced abortion
- For women who have been verbally, mentally, and physically abused
- For women who have experienced divorce or separation
- For women who are single parents
- For women who are incarcerated
- For women who are displaced from their homes or refugees from their homeland
- For immigrant women
- For women who are dependent on alcohol or drugs
- For women living with long-term illness
- For women in nursing homes and extended care facilities and for those who care for them
- For women experiencing depression
- For women suffering loss
