Boss of Bosses -- Romanticized, fact-based story of gangster Paul Castellano who became a mob boss but was murdered outside a Manhattan restaurant in 1985, and whose rival, John Gotti, was ultimately convicted of the crime. Director Dwight Little's cautionary character study walks a fine line in depicting Castellano as a drug-hating family man but also a basically cold-blooded killer. Sporadic bloody violence, an extramarital affair, profanity and some crude sexual references. A-IV -- adults. Not rated by the Motion Picture Association of America. 2001
