Dakota Incident -- Formula Western in which the stagecoach to Laramie breaks down, forcing the passengers (notably Linda Darnell, Dale Robertson, John Lund and Ward Bond) to take refuge in a gully where they are besieged by a band of Cheyenne raiders. Directed by Lewis R. Foster, the unlikely proceedings are not without interest, though the peaceable resolution is a considerable stretch. Much frontier violence and muted sexual innuendo.
