Darby O'Gill and the Little People -- Though none believe his blarney about capturing the king of the leprechauns, wily old Darby (Albert Sharpe) has indeed bagged the magical trickster and won't let him go until granting a wish for his daughter (Janet Munro) and her young man (Sean Connery). Directed by Robert Stevenson, the Disney production spins a pleasing yarn of Irish fantasy that is both warm-hearted and fun, though it has a few scary scenes to keep youngsters on the edge of their seats.
