Gnome-Mobile, The
-- A lumber baron takes his two grandchildren to one of his forests, discovers some lonely gnomes and helps them find another gnome-infested forest. Walter Brennan is excellent in a dual role as the kindly grandfather and a waspish, irascible little old man. Robert Stevenson directs the colorful Walt Disney fantasy whose good humor and many finely executed special effects will divert just as many adults as children. (A-I) (G)
