MRS > Migration Policy and Public Affair Office > Sample Diocesan Action Plans and Grant Applications
MRS/PCMR is trying to find creative ways of helping dioceses share information about their plans to “welcome the stranger” at the local level. We have received over fifty action plans and grant applications from dioceses who are actively engaged in this process. From time to time we will update this page with sample action plans and grant applications which outline unique and interesting ways dioceses are increasing their capacity to welcome immigrants, migrants, refugees, people on the move, and persons belonging to ethnically and culturally diverse groups within their communities. We welcome additional submissions from dioceses. Please contact the MRS/PCMR Education and Development Coordinator using the contact information provided if you are interested in sharing your plans, initiatives and “best practices” with others.
