MRS > Pastoral Care of Migrants and Refugees > European and Latin American Apostolates
The work of Ethnic Ministries in the Office for the Pastoral Care of Migrants and Refugees is divided into continental apostolates. The European/Latin American Apostolates are a network of national PCMR consultants who have an overall perspective of the pastoral needs of European and Latin American communities residing in the United States.
The National Consultants gather information for PCMR that can be shared with the bishops of the United States or home country and diocesan pastoral and ethnic ministry offices. This information includes: cultural expressions of faith, demographics, personnel, pastoral needs, developing models of ministry, trends, and emerging issues.
