BALTIMORE—The U.S. Conference of Catholic Bishops chose a new treasurer-elect, along with the chairmen-elect of five committees and new members of the board of Catholic Relief Services (CRS) as the bishops met for their November 12-15 Fall General Assembly.
The bishops elected:
The treasurer-elect and chairmen-elect will assume leadership of their respective committees in November 2013.
Bishops elected to the CRS board were Bishop Joseph R. Cistone of Saginaw, Michigan; Bishop Richard J. Malone of Buffalo, New York; Bishop Gregory J. Mansour of the Eparchy of St. Maron of Brooklyn for Maronites; and Bishop Arthur Serratelli of Paterson, New Jersey.
