Women Deserve Better Campaign
The Women Deserve Better campaign is an educational effort aimed at highlighting the failure of abortion to meet the needs of women, and promoting women-centered solutions. Throughout January 2003, the Secretariat for Pro-life Activities along with the Knights of Columbus sponsored ads appearing in Washington, D.C. subway trains, buses, and commuter trains as well as print media.
Partners in the Women Deserve Better campaign include Feminists for Life, Life Resource Network's Women task Force, The Second Look Project, Solidarity with Women (Priests for Life), and the Silent No More Campaign, co-sponsored by NOEL (National Organization of Episcopalians for Life).
The following ads developed for Women Deserve Better may be used by your organization to promote this campaign and advance a pro-woman, pro-life message. You may add "Sponsored by ..." or "Brought to you by ..." to the ads in a small font near the bottom of the ad. Otherwise do NOT alter them in any way.
