Terms and Conditions
Priority will be given to national organizations whose mission is promoting social justice.
USCCB/JPHD has the right to deny exhibit space to organizations whose mission is not in accordance with Catholic social teaching.
Registration, Deadlines and Approval of Application
Download and complete an exhibitor application, and e-mail it back to us at ytaylor-burwell@usccb.org. Applications must be received no later than January 5, 2009. A determination of eligibility will be made by January 12, 2009. Upon approval of your application, you will receive an invoice and a confirmation letter with more information. More about exhibiting.
Please note: Exhibit registration does not include registration for the Gathering itself.
Fees
Exhibitors fees are $175.00 for the entire conference. Additional fees apply for pipe and drape, electricity, audio/visual equipment, Internet connection, shipping/handling, etc., and will be billed after the Gathering. Each exhibitor is responsible for any additional costs incurred. More about fees.

Set-up and breakdown and security
Exhibit setup opens on Saturday, February 21, 2009, at 12:00 noon. Exhibit breakdown begins on Wednesday, February 25, at 10:00 a.m. All exhibits must be removed from the exhibit hall no later than 1:00 p.m. Security of all items in the booth is the exhibitor’s responsibility. |
