How to Register

Registration:
All registration and hotel accommodations must be made or modified through Capitol Services Incorporated (CSI). Contact the Registration Manager at 1-888-356-4313 or csmg@csi-dc.com.  Registration is required for all “No Fee” meetings.

Admission to the Catholic Social Ministry Gathering is by badge only.  All attendees are required to register.

How to Register:
For your convenience, there are three (3) ways to register:

  1. Online: Go to www.catholicsocialministrygathering.org. Click on the registration link to complete the registration form. Payment requires a credit card.

  2. By Mail: Send the completed registration form (along with full payment to:

  3. By Fax: Fax the completed registration form to Capitol Services Inc. at 703-584-2461. Remember to include your credit card information for payment.

Payment:
A credit card is needed for online and fax registrations. Check payments are only accepted by mail. Cash payments are not permitted. Please note that all credit card payments will be processed within 2-3 business days after your registration application is submitted. VISA, MasterCard or American Express are acceptable forms of payment. Checks should be made payable to: USCCB - JPHD. Please write the registrant’s name on the memo section of the check!

Confirmation:
A confirmation letter with additional information about the Gathering will be sent to you within 3-5 (business) days after receipt of your registration and payment. If you do not receive your confirmation letter within ten (10) business days after registering, please call the Registration Manager at 1-888-356-4313 or send an email to csmg@csi-dc.com.

Hotel Rates:
The hotel rates are the following:
$210.00 for single occupancy
$210.00 for double occupancy
$220.00 for triple and quadruple occupancies.

Group rates may not be guaranteed if you register after January 8, 2009, so register early! You must pay for your full hotel stay at the time of registration.

Cancellations & Refunds

Cancellation/Refunds:
Registration refund requests must be submitted in writing and received by close of business (5:00 pm ET) or post-marked no later than January 30, 2009.
