There are many wonderful saints and blesseds who have accompanied young people through Christian history. Some are known for their youthfulness and witness at a young age, while others are known for the formation, guidance, and companionship they offered to youth or young adults of their time or through the prayer and devotional experiences of young people over the centuries. 

In particular, we highlight a few holy men and women who are considered "patrons" and "guides" to youth and young adults today.
