Expressing Marital Love during the Fertile Phase
John F. Harvey
Moral theologian, John Harvey delves deeper into the issue of sexual expressions between husband and wife during the fertile phase of a woman's cycle. He presents NFP as a philosophy, or way of life between spouses, meant to foster intimacy both when intercourse is possible, and when it is not. Harvey does not shy away from specific examples of physical expressions of love, but expresses at length the importance of respectful physicality to each spouse's inherent dignity.
