Bishops To Vote For Treasurer-Elect, Chairmen-Elect Of Five USCCB Committees At November Meeting

WASHINGTON—The U.S. bishops will vote for their treasurer-elect and the chairmen-elect of five committees at theFall General Assembly of the U.S. Conference of Catholic Bishops (USCCB),November 12-15, in Baltimore.

Bishops are nominatedby the USCCB Committee on Priorities and Plans. A chairman-elect serves in thatcapacity for one year before beginning a three-year term as chairman of acommittee.
