Pope Francis Accepts Resignation of Auxiliary Bishop Donald Hanchon

WASHINGTON - Pope Francis has accepted the resignation of the Most Reverend Donald F. Hanchon, 75, from the Office of Auxiliary Bishop of Detroit.

The resignation was publicized in Washington on March 3, 2023, by Archbishop Christophe Pierre, apostolic nuncio to the United States.
