Through the lens of Laudato Si’ and Fratelli Tutti, how are Catholics called to care for our common home—especially when the divisive landscape and polarization threaten to drown out our calls for hope, healing, and renewal? Bishop Joseph J. Tyson, Bishop of Yakima, WA, shares a message of inspiration and of hope based on his experience leading a diverse diocese to work together towards the common good.

Bishop Joseph Tyson of the Diocese of Yakima was installed as Bishop of Yakima in 2011 and currently serves as a member of the USCCB’s Committe on Migration; Subcommittee on the Pastoral Care of Migrants, Refugees and Travelers; and Subcommittee on the Catholic Campaign for Human Development.
