NFP Vol. 8, no. 1, Winter 1997
In this issue, we highlight the debate on contraception and U.S. foreign aid policy with an article by Susan Wills, Esq. and a statement by some bishops of the Carribean, Philippines, and Latin America. The problems which the contraceptive world view has created are serious, and we must work and pray to overcome them. Meanwhile, we can not lose heart, the winds of positive change are blowing--there are Catholic doctors who do not prescribe contraception (p. 6) and the new push for parish nursing (p. 10) seems to present another vehicle for NFP promotion.
