Promotion & Defense of Marriage

The Catholic Church promotes and defends the institution of marriage as the union of one man and one woman. As of 2015, we do so in a Post-Obergefell context.

This teaching resource regarding gender and sexuality might help, along with the Congregation for Catholic Education's 2019 letter, "Male and Female He Created Them: towards a path of dialogue on the question of gender theory in education".
