Natural Family Planning (NFP) is a new educational movement in the health care system. The professional and legal status of NFP teachers is developing. The purpose of this paper is to sensitize the NFP teacher to: the confidential nature of client information and the legal responsibilities of physicians, nurses, and other health care professionals in handling confidential information obtained while performing their professional activities.
