Novena Nine Days for Life
Nine Days for Life Meditations on the Eucharist and Life in Preparation for Corpus Christi
The following nine short prayers are designed to be prayed for nine days in preparation for the celebration of Corpus Christi, the Solemnity of the Most Holy Body and Blood of Christ. They may be prayed in Church before the Blessed Sacrament. They may be prayed at home by families at the end of a long day of study and work. They may be prayed by individuals in the quiet of their room. May these prayers, inspired by the readings provided by the Church for the Votive Mass of the Most Holy Eucharist and the words of our Holy Father in his encyclical letter Evangelium Vitae, draw us more deeply into the mystery of Christ, whose life, death and resurrection is a proclamation of the Gospel of Life.
