Pressure the Democratic Republic of the Congo to Implement the Saint Sylvester Agreement
On a March 7, 2018 letter to Representative Christopher Smith, Archbishop Timothy P. Broglio encouraged the House of Representatives to pass a resolution that would encourage the Administration to pressure the Government of the Democratic Republic of the Congo to implement the Saint Sylvester agreement fully and to respect the spirit and the letter of the United Nations Security Council Resolution 2348.
