Standards Section II:

Instructions: The purpose of this form is to evaluate the teacher's knowledge of Natural Family Planning and related Church teachings, as well as his/her ability to communicate that knowledge to couples/clients so they can effectively use NFP. It gives the teacher the opportunity to assess his/her capabilities, discover strengths, and acknowledge areas that need development.
