Welcome Circles

The Welcome Circles program supports displaced individuals and families through the Uniting4Ukraine (U4U) and Process 4 Cubans, Haitians, Nicaraguans, and Venezuelans (CHNV) programs. The beneficiaries of these programs are admitted into the United States under Humanitarian Parole, which permits a temporary maximum stay of two years. Beneficiaries of these programs must have a US-based sponsor.

While circles continue to form, USCCB is no longer actively recruiting under this program.  If you have a group of 5 people eager to support a U4U or CHNV beneficiary, please reach out to us so we can connect you with one of our partners.
