Registration Information
“Early bird” registration is $380 per person. Registration fees increase as the event approaches. Rates for the entire Gathering and single days are shown in the table below. Participants are strongly encouraged to register for the entire Gathering to allow for participation in the state delegation advocacy visits to Capitol Hill on Tuesday.
Please note: Limited scholarships are available through the Diversity Outreach Initiative.

Conference Cancellation and Refund Policy
Any request for cancellation of CSMG 2027 registration must be received by December 31st to be eligible for a refund. A $50.00 administrative fee will be deducted in cases of refunds (or $20.00 for Pre-Gathering meetings/events).
Hotel Information
The conference will take place at the Omni Shoreham Hotel, 2500 Calvert Street NW, Washington, DC 20008. Participants are responsible for making their own hotel reservations, which are separate from conference registration.
A discounted group rate of $209 per night (plus applicable taxes) is available for stays between January 27, 2027 and February 5, 2027. To receive this rate, please book by Friday, January 8, 2027.

We encourage you to book early, as availability at the group rate is not guaranteed after the cutoff date.
Hotel Cancellation and Refund Policy
Requests for hotel cancellation must be made through the Omni Shoreham Hotel. Cancellations and refunds are up to the discretion of the Omni.
