What is happening at the present moment in our churches and communities related to young adults in their 20s and 30s? How are local parishes, campuses, dioceses, movements, and organizations navigating the post-pandemic re-opening process, the vaccine rollout, and new hybrid models of efforts with young adults? Sunday is Not Always Their Sabbath Day: Ministering with Young Adults Working Nights and Weekends - June 24, 2021

How do we accompany young adults who work nights, weekends, and other unique schedules?  How can churches best minister with those serving in the military, in medical professions, in emergency services, in restaurant and hospitality industries, and those working multiple jobs, taking evening classes, or whose work extends into the night shift?  When Sunday is a work day or when time and financial constraints prevent young adults from engaging in ministry, how do we best engage, support, and walk alongside them as brothers and sisters? 

Zoom Was Not a Band-Aid: Rethinking the Role of Technology in Ministry with Young Adults - May 20, 2021

Acknowledging that as dioceses and parishes begin to or continue the process of re-opening, many ministry leaders are eager to gather again in person and get away from the screen; this webinar recognizes that there is a concern among ministers that young adults will not come back, that many prefer to engage in ministry and worship virtually. Conversation on Grief and Ministry with Young Adults - April 28, 2020

Part 3 of a 3-part series on issues that affect dignity and life in all its fullness and ministry with young adults.

Diana Hancharenko, Chair of the USCCB NATYAM, facilitated a conversation on grief and young adulthood and ministry with young adults by first offering some introductory remarks on grief and ministry with young adults, then host ing two different break-out sessions to offer space for intimate small-group sharing regarding how grief comes to us in many ways during this pandemic, from loss of loved ones, loss of employment, loss of connectivity, communal worship, or grieving the cancellation of events we worked so hard to prepare.
