The Forum consisted of a series of workshops in which highlighted bishops, ministry experts, and pastoral leaders who shared their wisdom with the participants from across the United States (as well as a few from other countries). Topics from the workshops included “New to Ministry with Young Adults,” “Seasoned Ministers to Young Adults,” “Forming Parish Leaders to Walk with Young Adults,” “Ministry with College Students,” “Caring for the Minister,” a “Ministry with Young Adults Tool Kit,” and many more.

The State of Ministry with Young Adults: Diana Hancharenko

Start with One: One Person, One Gathering, One Ministry: Victoria Hathaway
It can be really daunting when you first feel called to engage in ministry with young adults. There are a lot of expectations that can be placed upon your shoulder and lots of ideas of what the perfect ministry looks like. This workshop will help you take a deep breath and focus on the call that you have received to minister to young adults and how it all starts with one: engaging with one young adult, trying one new thing, one ministry.
The event included over 10 bishops, 80 speakers, and 400 registered participants from six countries (including the United States, Canada, Great Britain, Ireland, Pakistan, and Italy) and over 100 dioceses. Below are a series of resources that were provided throughout the week:
